(More customer reviews)The delivery of product was quick, the price seemed right, but I have never dealt with such a "touchy" hardrive as this one has been . I also might add it comes with no instructions. As it says in the product description it is 2x 500gb hardrives - DO NOT think that you can so easily transfer files from one to another because the hardrive will eject itself and you will probably lose all your data as I did. Another problem I have encountered is the hardrive will eject itself even when not using it and that also can cause you to lose data. Lastly, I have to say it's nice to have a portable usb powered TB, but if using a labtop you must have your labtop plugged in otherwise the hardrive will suck up too much power. And goodluck trying to find support online. I like the idea of this kind of hardrive I just think it needs improvement and instructions. I also feel I need to buy a different hardrive to back up my back up because I am scared of losing all my data.... AGAIN.
