The worst thing is: on the product package it is printed: 2 year warranty, but inside the package NO warranty information at all. NO effective contact information for Dane-Elec is given. Web site does not work, you can leave a message, but nobody will reply your phone call. Check their BBB rating: it is F. It is a cheating company.
