(More customer reviews)This drive has worked pretty well...it has helped me finish some important assignments for my college class...I would say it has been reliable and worked well...while initially I was taken back by the fact that the drive is NOT actually 250 GB of available memory (It was more like 214) I learned that has to do with random stuff like "partitioning" etc, and that companies like iOmega are allowed by the government to list their products as "250 GB" etc- so that is not detracting from this drive, that's just the way the industry is...

Anyways, for the pretty low price, this drive works well...

I'd say, though, that if you work with media (like video files, etc), format it for Mac ONLY (not as FAT32, which allows for it to be used with PC or MAC, but which can cause errors with video files on programs like Apple FinalCut, etc...If you are just using it for things like Microsoft Word documents, etc, FAT 32 is fine)
